I am an organized, responsive, dedicated person.  In my last transaction, I helped the seller get a cash offer over their dream price on their property and close in 30 days.  They then needed to buy a larger property in 30 days and had a wish list longer than my arm.  I personally visited 50 properties in a week and narrowed it down for them to a manageable 10 that hit the majority of their wish list.  They fell in love with 1 of the 10, and are now proud owners of the property.
