As a Real Estate agent I take the responsibility to serve my sellers and buyers.  I will make sure that your interests are always secure and protected.

As a seller I will provide you with all the information needed regarding your home and the current market in your area in order to best price and position your home for sale.

As a buyer I can help you find that special home for you and your family. My first job is to listen to you and hear what it is that you want.  Then I can help you locate various homes in the area you desire to best match your choices. 

Also, I can help you with the financing.  I have worked with various lenders and I am familiar with the different grant programs in Pennsylvania.  over the past 2 years I have worked with buyers to secure a VA loan coupled with a grant program were they only had to put up $1,000 out-of-pocket at closing.  I know it sounds impossible and your first thought is "what is the catch".  It really works!  And I'd be pleased to show you how.
