The spacious sundeck and terrace with plenty of space to barbeque and enjoy endless days and evenings with family and friends. Comfortable sun loungers and a dining table leave nothing to wish for. In the colder winter month, the electric heated pool ensures pleasant pool temperatures. The home has a modern white and well-equipped kitchen with friendly granite counter tops, with an adjoining dining room and breakfast nook. The living room offers a large TV and internet access. The main bedroom with direct access to the electric and solar heated pool is furnished with a king bed & large TV. The spacious primary bathroom has a double sink, a separate tub & shower with a separated toilet closet. Attached is a large walk-in closet.
